Monthly Walk Through
Each month, our property managers will enter your property to conduct a walk through of the home. This process allows us to identify potential ‘problem areas’ that require immediate attention and to change air filters. The entire walk through will be documented through high-resolution photos and/or videos, which will be uploaded to the online owner portal. If requested, you can join the inspection via video call – our property managers will schedule the inspection at a time convenient for you.

Housekeeping, Upkeep and Annual Deep Cleaning
We offer personalized housekeeping that meets your needs to a ‘T.’ Your assigned property manager will coordinate with a professional home cleaning service to make sure that your property is neat, clean and ready for your guests. We also perform regular checks to ensure that your appliances and equipment are in good working order. Every 12 months we come into your home with our cleaning team, and we perform a deep cleaning. This includes: moving all furniture and cleaning under it, cleaning all drapery, steam cleaning all carpets and furniture, cleaning all light fixtures inside and out, cleaning out all cabinets, replacing any linens that need to be replaced, cleaning all outdoor furniture, mattress cleaning, window cleaning inside and out, air duct cleaning and more. We want to be sure that your home is always maintained to the highest standard for you and your guests.

Repair Management
In the event we discover components of your home that require repairs, your property manager will contact you. As per company policy, we will always wait for your ‘go’ signal before proceeding with structural/important repairs. We will provide you with a detailed estimate of the cost of repairs along with other pertinent information such as photos, videos and home inspection reports.

Disaster Preparedness
The state of Florida is prone to hurricanes, floods and other natural disasters. Once we receive news of extreme weather, we will take steps to prepare your property. This includes bringing furniture indoors, lowering hurricane shields/screens for windows and doors, etc. Once the storm has passed, our team will inspect the home for damage. Rest assured that we will provide pre- and post-disaster documentation.

Guest Communication and Customer Service
Your Guests are our top priority, and it shows. From the moment they walk in the door, they are greeted with pristine surroundings; a well-appointed home; a welcome basket with carefully curated local products; fresh, clean linens and a comfortable bed. We also offer your guests local knowledge of the area, on demand recommendations, and planning services, upon request. Guests also have full access to all of our concierge services.
